Today, access is through the invitation-only Founder Pilot. The planned commercial licence includes Studio and Brain for a single payment. Public sales are not open yet; final pricing, terms and release scope will be published before purchase.

VEINDRA licence
The planned purchase covers Studio + Brain software for the purchased major version. It is not an inference subscription.
Cloud providers
API usage is billed directly by your provider. VEINDRA does not sell generation credits. Provider access, limits and terms are separate.
Local Brain
Supported local generation has no per-image VEINDRA charge, but requires suitable hardware, electricity and separately accepted model licences.
Major upgrades
Future major upgrades may be optional paid purchases. Perpetual software use does not guarantee the continued availability of third-party APIs or models.

Does VEINDRA include AI generation credits?
No. VEINDRA is the workflow tool. Cloud usage is billed by the supported provider connected by the user. Compatible local Brain jobs use the user's compute.
Does Studio require a high-end GPU?
Cloud workflows do not require a dedicated local AI GPU. Local image generation requires Brain and suitable hardware. See the requirements before choosing a local workflow.
Do I need to install Brain?
No. Studio can use supported cloud providers on its own. Brain is a separate, optional installation included in the planned commercial licence, not a paid add-on.
Can Brain run on another computer?
Studio and Brain are separate applications, but the current supported setup is one compatible workstation. Shared, LAN and remote deployments remain outside the supported offer until their security and operational validation is complete.
Can I move VEINDRA to another computer?
Yes. A device can be released from the VEINDRA account and the available activation used on the replacement computer. Studio and Brain use separate role-specific activations under the same licence.
Are outputs owned by the user?
VEINDRA does not claim ownership of user project content. Output rights and restrictions also depend on the selected model, provider terms, source material and applicable law.
Is this suitable for confidential client work?
Local jobs use your hardware. Selecting a cloud model sends the required inputs to that provider. BYOK is not a confidentiality certification: check provider terms and your organisation's policy first. Central corporate credentials and compliance certifications are not part of the current offer.
What happens when the pilot ends?
The online pilot lasts 30 days from first activation and does not charge automatically. Expiration does not delete local project files, but the current pilot requires an active licence to open Studio. Save backups and export the work you need before expiry; contact support for access issues.
