Legal centre
Know the tool.
Know the terms.
This centre separates VEINDRA's software terms, account privacy and third-party AI responsibilities so the important conditions remain easy to find.
Website operator
A real product needs an identifiable operator.
This website and the VEINDRA Founder Pilot are operated by Vasile Ganea in Spain. Product and legal correspondence can be sent to legal@veindra.com. Security reports should be sent privately to security@veindra.com.
The final commercial legal notice must also publish the operator's complete postal address, tax identifier and any applicable registry or professional information. Those details are not replaced by this summary and are a release gate before public paid sales.

Founder Pilot
Thirty days to evaluate, with no silent conversion.
The Founder Pilot is invitation-only. Creating an account does not start the trial. The 30-day evaluation period starts when the first authorised Studio or Brain device is activated. No card is requested and the pilot does not convert automatically into a paid licence.
One invitation creates one evaluation licence for the named tester, currently allowing up to two Studio devices and one Brain host. Devices can be released through the account. Invitation codes and licences may not be sold, shared or used to provide access to unrelated people.
The pilot is pre-release software intended for evaluation and feedback, not for safety-critical, regulated or production decisions without independent validation. Features, compatibility and stored data formats may change. VEINDRA may suspend access for security, abuse or licence circumvention.
Cloud generation remains BYOK: provider charges, quotas and provider terms belong to the tester. Local models and LoRAs have their own licences and hardware requirements. VEINDRA does not silently fall back from local execution to a paid API.
Feedback and defect reports may be used to improve VEINDRA. Reports must not contain API keys, confidential prompts or private project assets. Account and support data are handled under the privacy section below.
Software licence
Perpetual use of the purchased version, not a hidden subscription.
A commercial perpetual licence will authorise use of the purchased major version under the controlling End User Licence Agreement delivered before purchase. Ownership of VEINDRA's software, brand, interface and proprietary code remains with the rights holder.
The intended individual entitlement is one named user with up to two Studio devices and one optional Brain host. A device can be released and the entitlement moved. Additional users require additional seats; a shared Brain does not convert one seat into multiple Studio users.
The licence does not grant a right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, circumvent access controls or use VEINDRA to infringe third-party rights. Any restriction is subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory interoperability or consumer rules where applicable.
Compatible updates within the purchased 1.x lifecycle are intended to be included. Future major versions may be offered as optional paid upgrades. Declining an upgrade does not turn the purchased major version into a subscription.
Before purchase
Price, delivery, compatibility and rights must appear before payment.
Before public checkout, VEINDRA will identify the seller, licence edition, seats and device rights, total price and taxes, payment processor, delivery method, hardware and software requirements, update policy, support scope and contract duration in a clear order summary.
Where consumer law applies, checkout and durable confirmation will explain statutory conformity rights and the applicable withdrawal period. If immediate digital delivery can affect withdrawal rights, it will require the buyer's express request and acknowledgement; a preselected checkbox will not be used.
A stated voluntary return period cannot remove mandatory consumer remedies. Refund, support and deactivation procedures will be provided with the controlling commercial terms before paid sales are enabled.
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, VEINDRA cannot guarantee third-party provider availability, model output quality, compatibility with unlisted hardware, custom workflow development or the cost of a user's external API usage.
Account privacy
The account stores access data, not your creative work.
The account service processes name, email, password hash, verification and recovery events, licence and invitation state, role-specific device identifiers, release downloads and support requests. It does not require project images, prompts or API keys.
Data is used to create and secure the account, deliver requested pilot or licence access, manage authorised devices, provide downloads and answer support. The legal basis depends on the action: steps requested before a contract, performance of the licence or pilot agreement, compliance duties and legitimate security interests. Optional marketing requires a separate choice.
Hosting and transactional delivery currently use contracted IONOS infrastructure. A future payment processor will be identified before checkout is enabled. Personal data is not sold. International transfers, if introduced through a processor, must be documented with the applicable safeguards.
Account and licence records are retained while access is active and afterwards only for the periods needed for legal, security and accounting obligations. Expired recovery and verification tokens are short-lived; support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request and product defence.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by contacting privacy@veindra.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
Local Brain is designed not to transmit prompts, references or outputs to VEINDRA. When the user deliberately selects a cloud provider, the inputs needed for that generation follow that provider's configured path and terms.
Cookies + local storage
Only what account security currently needs.
The public website currently uses no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. The Account and Operator areas use essential session and security storage needed to sign in, prevent request forgery and protect access.
Essential technical storage cannot be disabled while using the authenticated account. Because no non-essential tracking is currently enabled, VEINDRA does not display a consent banner that would imply otherwise.
If analytics, personalisation or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice and the interface will be updated before activation, with consent controls where required.
AI providers + models
VEINDRA sells the tool. Model terms remain separate.
Cloud providers, downloadable models, LoRAs and spatial engines are third-party components or services with their own licences, acceptable-use rules, availability, pricing and output conditions. Installing or connecting one does not transfer its rights to VEINDRA.
Users are responsible for having the rights needed for prompts, references, datasets, masks and source material, and for reviewing the terms that apply to the selected provider or model. Business or regulated use may require additional review.
Generative outputs can be inaccurate, biased, inconsistent, non-unique or similar to existing material. VEINDRA does not guarantee registrability, factual accuracy, fitness for manufacture, safety, legal clearance or freedom from third-party claims. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified person for their intended use.
Provider costs shown by VEINDRA are estimates based on available pricing and request parameters, not the provider's billing ledger. Users should maintain provider-side quotas and spending controls.
Third-party notices
Dependencies and model obligations stay visible.
VEINDRA includes open-source software under its respective licences and notices. The application provides a Third-party Licences area, and distributions include the notices required for redistributed components.
Large model weights are not silently bundled in the standard Studio or Brain installer. Supported models are downloaded or imported after the user reviews the relevant licence. Components with unknown, non-commercial or incompatible terms remain blocked from commercial distribution.
Third-party names identify compatibility or a selected service. They do not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement. Model and dependency inventories remain subject to release-specific notices.
